I had a mixed experience during my stay at Sari Pacific Jakarta. The staff were friendly and the location was truly really good, right in the heart of Jakarta. However, I faced issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the experience was not as smooth as I had hoped.

I had a mixed experience at Sari Pacific Jakarta. The location is fantastic, right across from Sarinah Mall and close to many attractions. However, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made things a bit noisy and some areas were walled off. While my newly refurbished grand deluxe room was inviting, the lack of user-tested fittings detracted from the experience. On the upside, the service was friendly, and the breakfast offerings were generous, making the stay overall enjoyable.
